Download-only Software – Due to the high fraud rate of software, as in keeping with industry practices, purchased and downloaded software from ProDrenalin.com is not returnable for a refund UNLESS our customer service/technical support staff determines the software is not compatible with your computer system in accordance with our published System Requirements for the product you purchased. We will make every commercially reasonable attempt to resolve any problems brought to the attention to our support staff.
ProDrenalin.com provides no-cost demo/trial versions of all our software so you can try before you buy.
Retail Packaged Software – If you purchased full retail packaged software from ProDrenalin.com, it may be returned for full credit, less shipping/handling fees if returned to proDAD within 30 days from the original purchase date, provided the software is in new, un-opened condition. Retail packed software sold on ProDrenalin.com has multiple tamper-evident features and any request for refund will be denied if the software packaging has been opened.
Download + Backup CD Software – if you purchased a download + backup CD-ROM, the rules for download-only software above apply with respect to returns. proDAD will replace free of charge any backup CD-ROM that arrives damaged with another copy.
ProDrenalin.com Sales Tax Collection Policy
We are required to collect sales tax from California residents in the following cases:
Purchased downloaded software only – We do not collect any sales/use taxes.
Purchased retail boxed software – We are required to collect California sales tax based on the shipping address.
Purchased downloaded software + backup CD-ROM – We are required to collect California sales tax on the entire amount of the order (not just the backup CD-ROM).
ProDrenalin.com Download & Shipping Policy
Download Products: Generally, download purchases are available for immediate download at time of purchase. Within 30 minutes of purchase you should receive a confirmation email with your purchase receipt, download links, and software license key. If you have not received a confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact our customer service department.
Retail boxed or backup CD-ROMs: we receive your order for a retail packaged software item or a backup CD-ROM as part of a software download order, we will generally ship your item the same day if the order was received before 2pm Pacific time (14:00) Monday ~ Friday, excluding US National Holidays. If your order is placed during a weekend or holiday, we will ship your item on the next business day. If there is any problem with your order, we will contact you.
